At ClinGRO Solutions, we help independent clinical research sites GRO by connecting them with industry-leading clinical trials and providing the support needed to take on new opportunities with confidence. By working with intentionally small cohorts, we’re able to offer dedicated, hands-on guidance that helps every site evaluate its capabilities, assess feasibility, and navigate study start-up with clarity.

Alongside trial access, we provide financial, operational, and CTMS support to help sites stay independent and sustainable. Our approach is personal, collaborative, and built around giving sites the tools they need to succeed at every stage of the research process.

We also believe in GROwing people, not just businesses. Through our mentorship efforts, we support early-career professionals, volunteers, and those re-entering the workforce, especially individuals with disabilities or non-traditional paths into research. By empowering people, we strengthen the entire research community.
